Our identity lies only in Jesus, who bought us for a price. Don’t forget who you are, and you won’t act like who you are not. Breathe in a fresh revelation of the nature and mercy of an amazing God who made and transformed you into His likeness. Live from the vine of life, Jesus, who is the way, the truth and the life. He chose you. He redeemed you. He created you, so don’t be who you are not, but be who He says you are. Then you will live like He is and do what He does. You are a reflection of His radiant beauty, a messenger of hope and reconciliation. May heaven invade our earthly minds so that we might live out the gospel of God’s goodness and bring hope and resurrection to those in the shadows of death. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, not by your good works, but because of His glorious work and grace. So go and enjoy the Good News, and share it by drinking from it first. Then let it flow out of you, causing others to taste and see that He is good. His goodness leads transgressors into sonship. God is not mad at you, so stop being mad at yourself, the world and others. Instead, be who He has called you to be—a reformer full of hope and joy in chaos. His life is living bread. Take a bite and see. And share the Bread of Life you are feasting on. Though you have feet of clay, there is a treasure of hope and life in you. It is Jesus, and He is the Good News the world is searching for.
Before you will ever walk a foot on water, you will walk miles upon the dust of incarnational living
If we want to move in the supernatural ministry of Jesus, then I think we need to first become incarnational in His ministry. We can’t get more incarnational and supernatural than the mission, message, and ministry of Jesus. But it’s easy to miss the fact that the supernatural—heaven breaking into the now—came through the incarnational
